IRSA BÜHNENLACK WL

IRSA Bühnenlack WL is delivered as a ready-to-process wood sealer in black, ultra-mat.
Suitable for stages; photo studios
The incidence of light is broken by the ultra-mat adjustment and a reflection or reflective light is almost avoided.

IRSA Platinum 2C Öl-Grundierung+IRSA Platinum 2C Öl-Härter (MR: 10:1)

IRSA Platinum 2C Öl-Grundierung is a 2 component High-Solid oil combination of natural oils, linked and oxidatively-drying, by adding the IRSA 2C Oil Hardner.

Available in colourless, white, black, light grey, teak, anthracite, wenge, oak, mud/platin grey.
Special colours available on request.

Suitable for sanded wood and parquet floors, including boards, as well as finally sanded several layer parquet elements. The consumption is 30-80 g/m2 per application – depending on the absorbity of the wood.

The colour primer can be over-sealed with all IRSA Platinum 2C Water Varnishes
(IRSA Platinum 3010 silky-mat, IRSA Platinum 3030 ultra-matt, IRSA Platinum 3055 highly-shining seidenmatt, IRSA Platinum 2C Nature Feeling extreme-matt).

IRSA UV-Blocker

• free of solvent
• for indoors and outdoors – only for bright wood (e.g. ash, maple, spruce, pine)
• to prevent darkening and yellowing
• improves the wood’s ability to maintain its dimensions

IRSA UV-BLOCKER is delivered as a ready-to-use primer. The product can be applied by rolling, painting or spraying. Longstanding protection, prevents darkening and yellowing on light woods like e.g. birch, fir, spruce, maple and above all pine. It also improves the wood’s lifespan and its ability to maintain its dimensions. Discolorations, caused by varying incidence of light are as far as possible greatly reduced e.g. on furniture and flooring (under carpet), on ceilings and wall-claddings, summer houses and wooden houses as well as on other types of out-side wood. A patch test is required.

3.600m² of maple cottage parquet flooring, primed with IRSA UV-Blocker (protects against yellowing and darkening) and then sealed with IRSA PLATINUM 2030 2C water-based varnish ultra matt for parquet flooring. Subsequent maintenance and cleaning using IRSA Aqua Star R9.

How to use: IRSA UV-Blocker can also be used industrially (on production lines). After the IRSA UV-Blocker has dried seal the surface with the corresponding IRSA oils, water-based varnishes or one of the other IRSA varnish systems. In out-door areas, wood at risk from blueness or fungi should be treated with IRSA IMPREGNATING PRIMER prior to the final coat.

Total consumption: according to the type of wood and the absorptive capacity of the base coat approx. 40 - 100 ml/m²

Drying time: according to the absorptive capacity of the wood, humidity and temperature approx. 12-24 hours. These specifications are based on ideal conditions of + 20° C and 55 % relative humidity.

IRSA repair-paste

for parquet-, wood- and cork floorings.

IRSA calking compound

for joints of wood cork parquet etc.

IRSA ELASTO-FILL, highly elastic

An over-sealable, over-oilable and a joint sealant which can be over-grinded. Available in the colours beech-nature/light sand, nature oak, white, grey, black.

Basis: Acrylic acid esther – copolymer (water-free, isocyanate-free, silicon-free, low in emission, highly elastic.

IRSA Elasto-Fill is used for overwidth, representatively coloured joints (“appearance like a yacht“) in wood floors, parquet or laminate. IRSA Elasto-Fill ist auch idealer Kleber für Sockelleisten aus Holz. The product can be over-sealed with all IRSA Platinum water varnishes, IRSA Platinum 2C Öl-Grundierung and oils (not suitable for our alkyd resin varnishes) (IRSA KH-Siegel and IRSA Holzsiegel 2010). Of course, we also deliver the necessary and suitable round cord (this avoids the 3 flank adhesion; PU= 100mm im Karton, Ø 6mm, 8mm or 10mm available on request).

IRSA Lye

IRSA LYE is a ready to use one component lye solution.

Available colours: colourless, white, sand, antique, light grey and dark grey

IRSA Lye is well suitable for non yellowed or well sanded oak or soft wood (pine wood) in interior areas. Ideal for wooden flooring, floorboards, stairs, wall and ceiling panelling, furniture, glued wood tiles etc. It can be efficiently applied over large areas using special tooling (not metal objects) to achieve a lye appearance.

IRSA LYE emphasises the natural wood grain, has a short development time, and is odourless.

For the professional end treatment of soft wood surfaces treated with lye, the following tried and tested products are available, depending on the demands of wear and tear: IRSA HP-Oil, IRSA Design Colour Oil white, IRSA Soap Cleaner, IRSA Industry Hard Oil.

If the surface appears to be too rough, eventually finish the oiled floor with green pad and One Disc Sanding Machine.

IRSA Stage Varnish

(black, ultra matt, non reflecting)
Areas of application: stage flooring, photo studios, prevents reflection on exposure to light.
