IRSA Hard Oil Rapid

colourless

is an oil which contains resins and mild solvents, with excellent dirt and water resistant properties. The oil dries faster than the Natura Hard Oil. The colour of the wood, cork or bamboo is given a light enhancement and intensification.

According to the absorptive capacity of the wood apply 1 -2 thin coats of IRSA Hard Oil Rapid until the wood is completely saturated. (Interim drying time 12 hrs).

Surplus oil should always be completed polished away.

If required, wax afterwards with Natura hard wax.

IRSA Holzsiegel 2010 VOC High Solid, silky-mat (IRSA Wood Sealer 2010 VOC High Solid)/IRSA KH-Siegel 2010 VOC High Solid, silky-mat (IRSA KH-Sealer 2010 VOC High Solid)

Ready-to-use 1-component alkyde resin sealant based on vegetable raw materials and de-aromatised solvents.

Tested in accordance with DIN 18032 Part 2. Therefore, they are also suitable for gymnasiums and sports halls.

For normal and heavy stress. Especially some types of wood and installation that tend to swell and shrink more (e.g. beech parquet, floorboards, wood paving) can be effectively protected with IRSA Holzsiegel 2010 VOC High Solid, silky-mat (IRSA Wood Sealer 2010 VOC High Solid)/IRSA KH-Siegel 2010 VOC High Solid, silky-mat (IRSA KH-Sealer 2010 VOC High Solid).

IRSA Holzsiegel 2010 VOC High Solid, silky-mat (IRSA Wood Sealer 2010 VOC High Solid)/IRSA KH-Siegel 2010 VOC High Solid, silky-mat, (IRSA KH-Sealer 2010 VOC High Solid) is also suitable for wood types which should receive a warm glowing of wood or that tend to discolour when further sealed with water-based varnish (smoked oak, cherry or other fruit wood).

The total consumption is at least 260 - max. 300g/m2.

1x IRSA Holzsiegel 2010 VOC High Solid, silky-mat (IRSA Wood Sealer 2010 VOC High Solid)/IRSA KH-Siegel 2010 VOC High Solid, silky-mat (IRSA KH-Sealer 2010 VOC High Solid) is used undiluted as a primer. Drying of the primer is at least 24h. Interim sanding is carried out between priming and top coat. 1x IRSA Holzsiegel 2010 VOC High Solid, silky-mat (IRSA Wood Sealer 2010 VOC High Solid)/IRSA KH-Siegel 2010 VOC High Solid, silky-mat (IRSA KH-Sealer 2010 VOC High Solid) is used as top coat.

Final hardness is achieved after 10 days (at 20°C and 55% humidity).

Areas of use: Living areas with normal to highly frequented rooms, corridors and stairs, wooden paving, workshop floors, gymnasiums and sports halls.

The new products IRSA Holzsiegel 2010 VOC High Solid (IRSA Wood Sealer 2010 VOC High Solid)/IRSA KH-Siegel 2010 VOC High Solid, silky-mat (IRSA KH-Sealer 2010 VOC High Solid) fulfil the Decopaint Directive 2004 Stage 2, limit value 500g/L VOC, which is valid from 2010, with a VOC value of 499g/L.

IRSA HP-Oil High-Protection

IRSA HP-OIL High Protection is universally applicable for hard-, soft-, or exotic indoor woods subjected to normal or very tough wear, e.g. parquet, OSB boards, halls, industrial parquet, wood block, stairs, furniture, sill plates, shelves, window sills, also suitable for cork, bamboo or cotto (testing advisable).

With IRSA HP-OIL High Protection (colorless) the colour of the wood only gets slightly intensified.

According to the absorptive capacity of the wood apply 1 -2 thin coats (about 60 g/m2) of IRSA HP-OIL High- Protection until the wood is completely saturated. (Interim drying time 12 hrs).

Polish away any possible excess HP-OIL High-Protection so that the surface is residue-free.

Curing time is approx. 6 days. If desired then a waxing can be carried out.

IRSA Natura Hard Oil

colourless

is an oil which is free from resin and solvents, with high filling power, good penetration capacity and with very good water resisting properties. The colour of the wood is given a rich warm enhancement and intensification.

Depending on the type of wood and the lay of the floor, apply 1-3 times wet in wet with IRSA applicator brush (about 120 g/m2 per application until surface is completely saturated - interim drying time is12 hrs).), after approx. 40 minutes remove with IRSA hard oil wiper and polish the surface.

Surplus oil should always be completed polished away.

The floor can be waxed again with Natura hard wax.

IRSA Natura Hard Wax

colourless, coloured

This solid or liquid gloss wax is used for oiled surfaces as a basic protection and for further maintenance treatment.

Apply the material in one or two coats to the pre-oiled surface and polish up immediately when dry.

IRSA Uni Primer AL

Alcohol-based primer for exotic and domestic woods (also for fruit wood); can be painted over with all IRSA Platinum water-based paints

IRSA Uni Primer AL is suitable for all domestic woods as well as exotic woods and isolates most of the wood components.

Preserves the natural wood tone. With the primer a natural grain is achieved.
