The new floors of restaurant Sartory (100 sqm) – historic inspiration, modern interpretation - was colored with IRSA Basic Color grey and then sealed with 2 compound water- based IRSA Platinum 3010 silky mat.

The Steigenberger Drei Mohren Augsburg is one of the most traditional hotels in Germany with a history going back over 500 years.
Following a complete refurbishment, the hotel presents itself since its reopening in March 2012 as a young grand hotel on historic ground determined to high standards. The famous guest list includes celebrities such as Casanova, Mozart, Goethe, Metternich, Richard Wagner up to King Ludwig I. and tsar Nikolaus I.

2C polyurethane water-based varnish IRSA PLATINUM 3010 silky matt for parquet flooring, (20 parts varnish : 1 part Iso-Hardener) is used for normal to very heavy duty wear on parquet, wood and bamboo flooring, OSB boards and stairs. The sealer is approved to DIN 18032 Part 2 and therefore also suitable for sports halls. Further maintenance and cleaning should be carried out using IRSA Aqua Star R9 (diluted, matt effect) or IRSA Aqua Star (gloss effect). IRSA PLATINUM 3010 2C Water-based Varnish demonstrates an extraordinary wear and scratch resistance and has excellent filling properties. The sealed layer does not yellow. The closed varnish film remains water resistant even after being exposed to water over a longer period. It also has a good resistance to household chemicals. IRSA PLATINUM 3010 is non sensitive to marks left by shoe heels. Final hardness is reached after 5 days.

To conserve the value of the parquet flooring long-term we recommend care and cleaning with IRSA Aqua Star.

Areas of application: well trodden flooring in public buildings, schools, offices, gymnasiums and sports halls.
