IRSA 2C HP-Plus Oil with IRSA Hardener 2C HP-Plus (10:1, tested in accordance with anti-slip class R10/DIN 51130) is used for parquet and wood floors, for bamboo, cork and OSB boards and is available in colourless, light sand, black, dark grey, light grey, white, wenge and other colours.

Quick drying allows to perform renovations in extremely stressed areas (restaurant area, hotels, premises, offices, etc.) within a short time - without limitations of the mechanical and chemical stresseability (24 hours drying time). The surface oiled in such a way has open pores, is diffusible and resistant against household chemicals. The colour and structure of the wood is emphasized. However, an unpleasant yellowing does not occur. A long and effective maintenance of the area is given by follow-up oiling (as no film formation of the oil occurs on the floor surface).

The new location of the CSU party headquarters is located in the park town Schwabing in the North of Munich. In April 2016, the "new parliamentary leadership" of the CSU was officially opened in the Mies-van-der-Rohe-Str. 1.

The move from the city centre to the North of Munich means a characteristic change. The dark and former CSU building at the Nymphenburger Straße is a thing of the past. The present CSU headquarters consists of bright and friendly rooms. Glass, steel and wood instead of grey stone.

Three building parts – in the middle a smaller building with a canteen – belong to the four-storey complex with a lot of glass inside and outside – the former Langenscheidt House. Four thousand of the total seven thousand square metres building surface is used by the CSU. The residuals are rented, to assure refinancing. Building a new house was not possible due to financial and spacial reasons and due to the expensive building areas in Munich city. “ A good investition“ said Horst Seehofer after the board management decided to move to Schwabing. He also said that he appreciates the optical and functional improvement, especially to have solid and financial foundations.

"Lion and Rhombus“ - is the name of the new CSU canteen, cafeteria, café bar – offers with its 250m2 a place to exchange and to get to know politicians, employees and visitors. The canteen is open for everybody and you can look daily over the shoulder of the politicians. An extra built stage provides the politicians a better platform for press events and other political meetings.

The highly stresseable wide lamella floor, made of smoked oak, was sanded and oiled with IRSA 2C HP-Oil by B&B Parkett and Fußbodentechnik (Parquet and Floor Technology).

The high-solid 2 component solvent-free parquet oil IRSA 2C HP-Plus Oil is an oil wax combination of natural oils and waxes, connecting and oxidatively drying by adding the hardener IRSA Hardener 2C HP-Plus Oil.

IRSA 2C HP-Plus Oil with IRSA Hardener 2C HP-Plus (10:1, DIBT approval number: no Z-157.10-143 is tested in accordance with the anti-slip class R10/DIN 51130) is used for the protection of parquet and wood floors, for bamboo, cork and OSB floors and is available in colourless, light sand, black, dark grey, light grey, white, wenge.

A quick drying is achieved by the harder component. The surface has open pores, is breathable, diffusable and resistant against household chemicals. This quick drying allows to perform renovations within a short time in extremely stressed areas (restaurant area, hotel, office locations, offices, etc.), without limitations of the mechanical and chemical resistance (after 24 hours drying time). The improved connecting density results in a strongly water- and dirt-resistant surface. IRSA 2C HP-Plus Oil is easy-to-process and can be roled and spatulated. The colour and structure of the wood is emphasized. However, there is no unpleasant yellowing.

Furthermore, IRSA 2C HP-Plus Oil is an extremely quick drying oil. The floor can be already used 24 hours after oiling. The oil can be used for normal to strongly stressed surfaces and offers an excellent lasting protection as the surface can be easily oiled at any time or freshen up or cared and maintained with IRSA Care Oil. Follow-up oiling offers a long and deeply effective maintenance of the area, as no film formation of the oil occurs on the floor surface.

IRSA 2C HP-Plus Oil is extremely rentable with only 2.5 litres can successfully protect at least 50m2 (consumption is between approximately 20 – 60 ml/m2) and can be rentably produced.

IRSA 2C HP-Plus Oil can also be used with IRSA Basic Color, IRSA Design Color Oil or IRSA Lye – with these IRSA products you can achieve unique, numerous and individual colour combinations!

The smooth and right care and maintenance is carried out with IRSA Care Oil and IRSA Soap Cleaner for the floor oiled in such a way.

The floor should be cared and maintained by an expert, to keep the beautiness of wood, cork or other kinds of floor which have been treated with our oils. IRSA Care Oil and IRSA Soap Cleaner are compatible products for an optimum care and maintenance. After hardening time, subsequent care can be altenatively carried out (depending on the desired appearance) with IRSA Care Oil (for mat surfaces) or IRSA Natura Hard Wax (for silky-gloss surfaces) or IRSA Care Milk (for additional gloss into wiping water). Cleaning is carried out with IRSA Soap Cleaner, IRSA Natura Hard Wax or also with IRSA Care Oil (caring and maintaining). Use IRSA Base Cleaner G88, to remove persistent dirt and for base cleaning.
