The dream of the architect comes true: A high-class loft appearance is designed with the strongly stressable IRSA HP-Oil High Protection suitable for cement-bound mineral floors

IRSA HP-Oil High Protection is used for cement-bound mineral floors but also successfully for parquet and wood floors which are also very strongly stressed.

The intention of the architect was to design the loft flat with hand-made brushed smoked oak floors and with excellent designer wood furnitures as intended counterpoint to the rather cooling effect of cement floors.

The beautiful new construction with loft appearance was designed in Bukarest/Romania in accordance with the most modern design standards. On the one hand, the floor surface was processed with a cement spatula mass and on the other hand sensitively agreed with the smoked oak floors.

The smoked oak floors are hand-brushed. IRSA HP-Oil provides optimum surface protection and also optimum long sustainability.
Both surfaces receive a very natural appearance with IRSA HP-Oil High Protection.

IRSA HP-Oil High Protection is used for cement-bound mineral floors but also very successfully for parquet and wood floors for normal to very strong stress. The product has a beautiful and light appearance, dries quickly, easy to process, odourless and results in an easy-to-care surface. The appearance with the natural effect does not even change in the longterm. The consumption of IRSA HP-OIl, HIGH-PROTECTION, is approximately 50 g/m2 per application with role or brush. In total, 2 applications are applied onto the wood and the cement spatula mass.

The oil shows a strong water and dirt resistance which can be easily maintained with IRSA Pflegeöl (IRSA Care Oil) and IRSA Seifenreiniger (IRSA Soap Cleaner) and a surface which can be easily cleaned.
The oiled surfaces are quickly and simply maintained and at the same time cleaned with IRSA Pflegeöl (IRSA Care Oil). The greasing IRSA Seifenreiniger (IRSA Soap Cleaner) is used for regular cleaning during wiping procedure.

The crafts-man and exquisitely designed table unfolds its optimum effect with the protection of IRSA HP Oil, High Protection, as the natural wood colour is hardly influenced.
IRSA HP Oil High Protection is universally suitable for all normal to strongly stressed hard, soft or exotic wood in the interior construction. It is perfect for furnitures, panels, working boards, window wood, parquet, boards, industrial parquet or wood blocks and leaves the wood beautifully bright with a naturally effecting appearance.
